Aperio will evaluate your network to confirm whether it meets your current and future business goals and technical expectations. We have an assessment process that is used to evaluate your network and give you and your organization a "technology plan."
Your experience and business goals are vital to the creation of this plan. Aperio consultants ask many questions about business goals when discussing network infrastructure with you. If you are a new company considering a new network, your business goals may be as simple as keeping track of inventory in electronic form rather than on paper. If your organization has been around a while, then one of the business goals may be to increase sales revenues by shortening the sales cycle. Whatever your business goals, Aperio needs to know them in order for you and your network infrastructure to be successful.
Most companies have expectations related to technology. They have some basic assumptions, such as sharing documents, researching the competition on the internet and receiving email in a timely manner. Aperio will explain additional technology advantages that will improve your business. ((add examples))
The Technology Plan will define improvements for your existing network infrastructure and may include the design of new network infrastructure. The Technology Plan covers one year, and gets revisited every year and rewritten by your Information Technology Administrator. The Technology Plan is a flexible plan; it grows or contracts as your organizations grows or contracts.
